Oh, Twilight's not done yet.
POOF.
Another burst of magenta smoke, and Rarity and Apple Jack are back to normal.
POOF.
Now Rarity is a filly balancing on an adult Apple Jack's back.
POOF.
Now Rarity is fully grown again, and an elderly Apple Jack is struggling to hold her up.
POOF.
And they're both restored to their normal ages again.
